Single family residence with a studio and raiwater collection system under construction.

Insulated concrete walls (ICF) are being raised. The first floor is up and the second under way.
The concrete rainwater collection tank, here lined with fiberglass, is part of the foundation. It will be located under the living and kitchen area of the house.
Metal trusses have been placed above the water collection tank. There will be a concrete floor above.
