Remodeling project south of the river in Austin. About 1400 additional square feet were added to the private residence.

Architect: Milosav Cecic, MCArchitects
The green materials used were soy based spray foam insulation, recycled wood and bamboo flooring. Otherwise the materials were mostly conventional.

This was a construction project for Z Works. We were not involved in the design work.
